Top Off Tuesday: Something to Prove

"Every once in awhile there are covers that just make you say Oh My! Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is bad, and sometimes it is head scratching. The point of Top Off Tuesday is to show you the ones with their Tops Off! Seriously y’all hunting out Top Off Tuesday covers is one of my favorite pastimes and you should join the fun!" ~from the Geeky Blogger

Something to Prove
Series: The O'Leary's #3
by Shannyn Schroeder
178p.
Publisher: Kensington
Two ambitious people team up to prove themselves to their families—and find there may be more to their partnership than just business...
Elizabeth Brannigan is determined to show her father she's capable of running the family business. Saving his struggling Chicago bar seems like the perfect project. But she'll need a little help dealing with the rough crowd. Who better to assist her than the handsome co-owner of a thriving Irish pub? Of course, with so much work to do, there are bound to be a few late nights...
Colin O'Leary's father passed away before he could prove to him that he wasn't a screw-up. Now he wants to show his brother he's responsible enough to own a bar of his own—and Elizabeth may be able to help him. But when their professional aspirations clash, tempers—and passions—flare. Are they mature enough to mix business with pleasure—or will they have to choose between the two?

I was innocently checking my e-mail when I saw this cover. I immediately thought... ToT! So here it is! Although, he doesn't look to happy showering...
What is on your "clean" ToT?

  3. The expression on his face reminds me of that joke in which a man asks his wife what he should do as already having wet his hair he's noticed the label on the shampoo bottle says for dry hair.

  4. Wet and half naked Melissa? You win at life for this! *stares* Now if only that light blue bar were a little lower so we could get a better look at those "V" muscles... :)

  11. I think he looks confused. Or he's covering his ears so he can't hear the bad news....whatever it may be. Maybe that Mel hasn't read the first two books in the series???
