I am so glad I received this product. I have been filtering my water for a while now and it saves on bottles and helps with cooking. I also use it for another reason that isn't often talked about. I make sure my dogs get filtered water. Our city water is pretty good but it does have a distinct chlorine smell. Also, with all the nearby flooding, it is a good thing to have your water filtered. I noticed that when I started giving my dogs filtered water they drank more. I think that speaks for itself.

We have a similar problem with our water in that at times it smells like a swimming pool its so full of chlorine. I know some people also have a problem with the amount of fluoride added to the water. You are right to say it proves something that your dogs drink more when the water is filtered.

DeleteI used the pur filter for years before we got an under the counter one. Our motivation was for the pets too. Who cares about us! lol

I confess that I don't use filters and drink directly but I know it depends on the place you live in.
